The reporter’s words
Hi I’m just questioning whether my neighbour had the right to cut down all the established willow trees opposite my property. They border the Nottingham Stream and I believe the council should have been informed before this was done. It has robbed us of our privacy as a neighbouring property and taking away the beauty of the area
