Trees opposite our property on the southwest corner of Mona Vale and Kilmarnock street form a thick canopy totally blocking afternoon sun from 1400 hrs to sunset. Require extensive thinning Also overhanging branches over boundary needs pruning, to prevent leaves building up in third story spouting, ideally completely removed and replaced with something more exotic Suited to the area
