The reporter’s words
Oak trees diagonal to my property are in appropriate for a residential street. Future implications include roots cracking the footpath and damage to our fence. Branches already encroaching on neighbours property. They also have a thick canopy which block sunlight, and have not been pruned or thinned for a couple of years. Need to be thinned and pruned at least - or even better - replaced with a more appropriate tree such as blossoms.
