Hi CCC. Duncan Street looks very neglected and lawn mowing is irregular and poorly coordinated. I would like to talk to someone from council about plans for the area and how this could be improved. I have mown lawns myself as I do believe in self help but health issues have made this impossible. Many thanks Neil.
