The reporter’s words
The infant swing in the Barrington park playground (next to spreydon library) was chewed and torn by a large uncontrolled dog this afternoon. The dog’s owner was walking at the opposite side of the park while her dog attacked the rubber swing. By the time she arrived and removed the animal, significant damage had been done to the seat of the swing.
