The reporter’s words
Old mans beard widespread and frequent requests to clear over the last few years have been ignored by absentee landlord. Likewise overgrowth from untended land is making footpath marrow forcing pedestrians onto road. Issue has been raised several times with owner who does no reply. Also raised several times with council but no apparent action. Please confirm receipt and response to 0276244234
