Wastewater/Stormwater
Reported Tuesday, 5 December 2017 at 7:58 pm, Halswell, 8025, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Why is there still disgusting standing water in the swale? This used to dry up it's been over 30° for five days and it's not drying up it's not draining into the channel behind. It's just sitting there it's disgusting it's dirty it's filthy. It never used to be this way. What happened to land drainage here?
