Water Supply
Reported Sunday, 10 December 2017 at 2:36 pm, Huxley Street, Sydenham, 8023, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
I have concerns that Sydenham Park is being watered at 14.30 h in 30 + degree and bright sunshine, particularly when we are likely to face a water shortage in Ch City. This sort of activity should be left to early / late in the day.
