Roading/Streets
Reported Sunday, 10 December 2017 at 9:19 pm, 45, Idris Road, Fendalton, 8052, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Can you please tidy up the cycle lane marking at the Idris Road and Glandovey Road intersection. This is travelling north toward the intersection. With the wider cycle lane it is much safer. However some drivers seem to be confused and are ignoring the edge of the lane marking - they are driving in the cycle lane. See photo. To help address this problem can the new space allocated to the cycle lane be ‘painted’ green so drivers know exactly what part of the road is cycle lane. Thanks, Allan.
