The reporter’s words
The red bin at 133A appears to be missing. The tenant at that house has swapped bins with me. She is in the habit of stealing from me, taking my mail and refusing to return it, swearing, abusing her dog and then whenever I complain turns the complaint around to accuse me of nail theft for example immediately after physically holding my family Court mail. She has home help for mental health chronic issues. Her name is Melanie Armstrong. I am reporting her red bin appearing to be missing today as based on her pattern of behaviour she is likely to say my bin (the one I use) is missing. (Ie turn it around) if this happens this needs reporting in 24 hour period so I’m doing preemptive. If I’m right on this she will report later.
