Date of incident: 16 Dec 2017 Time of incident: 9:30pm until approximately 10:15pm Location: Muka Park, Prestons Details: Very hot day (around 30 degrees) punctuated by screaming and squealing from playground all day, from 9am until after 10pm. Most noticeable incident was around 9:30 to 9:45 pm, when there was not just yelling but high-pitched squealing that went on for several minutes. Audio recording from after 10pm (children singing, and parent telling children to be careful on the road because cars can't see them in the dark) indicates they were using scooters or skateboards not just on the skate path but possibly also on Raranga Street.
