Date of incident: 20 Dec 2017 Time of incident: 9:30pm to 10:20pm Location: Muka Park, Prestons Details: Group of about six children playing hide and seek, and scootering, on playground and skate path. Clearly audible from inside several houses, yelling at full volume. At one point they were calling out racist slurs, presumably aimed at Asian family that lives adjacent to playground.
