Reported Tuesday, 9 January 2018 at 1:39 pm, 12A Falcon St, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Berm outside 12a Falcon st never gets mown. It's now growing shrubs and cabbage trees. Is it the owners responsibility or the council's to mow the grass on the berm? Thanks
