The reporter’s words
We came back from a two week holiday to find wastewater overflowing out of our org into our storm water system... We cleaned it up and went out for six hours. Came back and more effluent was flowing into our lot. We did not use fixtures whilst we were out. Our neighbours are blocked as well. Their sewer is flowing into our property as we are the lowest point in the lateral. The attached screen shot shows the red overflow and he blue around the problem man hole again... This is the third time we have had issues with blocked wastewater! We have two kids who love to play outside and a 9 month old who keeps trying to eat the toilet paper, poo and bits of food being pushed up the effluent line. This is not good enough and I expect this to be sorted now. This is extremely unsanitary and disgusting! I contacted Wallace blocked drains to get it vacuumed out and they said the entire network was down... Our toilets are brimming, none of our fixtures work and other lot's effluent is coming into our property. Please help. Thanks Marc Jensen 0273028659
