The reporter’s words
A vehicle crashed into a tree near our home yesterday, 19 January 2018. The tree is an established one but is quite badly damaged and I fear the damage to its bark is so severe that it may slowly deteriorate and perhaps die over the coming months. It would be great to get an aborist or similar to seal the damaged area to give the tree time to repair itself and allow it to survive. Thanks. The tree is near our home, 37 Aidanfield Drive, Halswell but it's actually outside our neighbour's house whose address is 1 Coppinger Ave. It's also outside Aidanfield Christian School, on the opposite side of the road. I hope this is helpful. Thanks.
