Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Monday, 22 January 2018 at 11:26 am, 8, Landsdowne Terrace, Cashmere, 8022, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Fly-tipping at the clothing bin. Folks seem to think it is ok to dump things beside the unsheltered clothing bin (e.g. old Christmas trees, electrical goods, broken sharp rubbish turns up on a regular basis ). It is a safety hazard and an eyesore, especially near a community centre and children’s playground . This is not being dealt with by the company that provides the clothing bin. It would be sensible to move the clothing bin to a location that provides other recycling facilities.
