Blocked drains outside 5 and 7 zephyr terrace, despite repeated requests to rectify this issue remains unresolved. Please note that the street up to 3 zephyr appears to have been cleared only yesterday by contractors, clearly travelling further up the street to rectify clogged drains want not a priority.
