The reporter’s words

My berms have been dug up to install fibre. This was done during a very hot spell and the minimal grass seed used simply blew away as did most of the top soil. I would rather you deliver me some seed and I will buy some topsoil myself as the dirt put on the berm was mostly stones and will stuff my lawnmower, I have spent an hour trying to get the larger stones. The current state of the berm makes my property look shabby even though I take pride in my front garden. I had the berm looking very good with countless hours watering and spraying for weeds (at my own cost) and now it is all weeds. The company used the whole berm to store large pipes which has taken large chunks of grass out and killed the rest so the issue isn’t just where they dug it up. Again if you provide the seed I will do the rest but it’s current state is unacceptable. Cheers Jonathan Drury
