The reporter’s words
The owner at 151 Rose St seems to be using the roadside to park vehicles used for a commercial business. There is a large trailer partially protruding onto the road, two cars, plus a small truck. These vehicles are there most of the time, although the cars appear to be sold on and others replace them. As well as being unsightly these vehicles block up the roadside and the cycle lane.
