The reporter’s words

The cover for this water drain is missing and the drop is quite deep and dangerous for people and dogs passing by. I’m concerned about children falling down as it’s quite a large hole filled with water. It borders the substation boundary and is near the public bin and a small bench before you get the the golf area. Just beyond the sign for golf area from the path
