The location for this is outside 125 Gilberthorpes Not at my home address Rd, Hei Hei I think it is a water metre. The lid is off and would be very dangerous as it is on the public footpath and someone could put their foot into it while walking and damage their ankle or leg. I am unable to bend down that far to try to fix it.
