Incredibly disappointed to see operator from Parks tow service using tree on river bank as a block and tackle while trying to remove a car from the river. Tree was damaged in the process and only stopped because I intervened. Hopefully the tree is not too badly damaged but I would like the CCC please to ensure that contractors and staff use a more appropriate method. Thanks
