The reporter’s words

Every time we get heavy rain, the gutter gets blocked. We’re on the corner of Croydon and Southampton streets and it only seems to be an issue on the Southampton st side. The water seems to get blocked on the corner and doesn’t flow through to the Croydon st side. It’s a pain, also we often have young kids visiting us and we are concerned this is a drowning hazard.
