Sorry. This problem has not been fix. I was rung yesterday and given an update on my noise complaint. The information I received is was the fan would be on a timer. This information is not true. The fans been running ever since I returned home yesterday. It's still running now at 4.30am and has been all night. It is very noisy. I can here it from my bed as I'm writing this. Sorry to be that guy but it doesn't feel right. Cheers
