The reporter’s words
The pond has rubbish dumped in it and dead ducklings can be seen in the pond. The water has been noted that it is polluted but there is no signage at all. The outside the pond you can not see the edge and is a health and safety issue for children. The pond needs to be completely cleared it is severely over grown and not maintained
