Hi, this afternoon, around 5:35pm, when I arrived home, I noticed water bursting out, in the garden, close to my house’s external wall. It suddenly happened. I didn’t see it before. I thought it may burst pipes. Because it is not inside of the house, I think better report to city council. My 65+ parents live in this house, and they are so worried about it.
