Hi Opposite Princess Margaret hospital last week Higgins completed some repair work on the low fence beside car parking Three people worked on the small job and made a real mess of it and it looks very unprofessional and am sure not up to council high standards Suggest you review the work and ask Higgins to fix the mess they created and also check other work they are completing Thanks Geoff Mcphail 25 Cashmere Road 027 434 6449
