Reported Wednesday, 4 April 2018 at 3:52 pm, 3, Stratford Street, Merivale, 8014, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The owners from 2 Jacksons Road have a cabbage tree on their property but on a regular basis they collect up the foliage and place it in a neat pile (as per first photo) on the council berm area expecting it to be collected by the council gardeners who maintain the area.
