The reporter’s words
We just moved to this address and met this water leaking issue tonight maybe caused by the possibly broken hot water cylinder valve. Unfortunately, when I tried to turn off the water switch, I could find the switch handle. I have to go to the warehouse to buy a proper tool to turn it off. And then an even worse thing happened, the switch couldn’t completely stop the leaking. So probably a new switch is needed, and it is sort of urgent. Thank you.
