The reporter’s words

There is a perpetual puddle adjacent right side of Quarry Rim track just before the track turns sharp left to descend into the valley. A number of years back a pipe was run through this area to provide water for the drinking fountain adjacent the lookout and to irrigate new plantings. Strongly suspect this pipe is leaking. The puddle has been there for over a year.
