As per pictures, this horrible water type weed is a mess, it was never planted here, has only grown from seeds possibly dropped by birds, it grows in cracks everywhere. It has become so big and all the dead bits are on the footpath, making it difficult for my grandson to ride his bike. I see one clump has been cut down, this is not the answer, it all needs to be removed
