Water seepage from 8 Horton Place into 44 Breezes Rd. The land at the back appears to be raised and directing water into 44 breezes. Please investigate if there is unlawful fill and the source of the water leak. 8 Horton appears to be vacant when the elderly owner of 44 breezes approached to knock on the door.
