The reporter’s words

We have had an ongoing issue over the last few years where the contractors who are supposed to mow Balmoral Reserve rarely bother to complete the work. The grass was last mown over 6 weeks ago and the Reserve is a real mess. Badly needs a mow and a system to make the contractors accountable.
