The roadside chamber cover is broken, there’s a noticeable clunk each time a vehicle drives over the broken cover. The cover is not secure as shown. The cover could become loose and come out. This would damage vehicles and / or bike and leave a large hole in the road. There are other chambers along Sir William Pickering Drive which have loose covers too.
