Door+ Internal walls DIY construction. - Door is cut out of wall, internal walls changed. No existing window or anything previously. What building requirements? Escalation of noise, singing, domestics and vulgar language. Loudly, every 2nd word is FK by Jordan. I've moved my child out of bdrm. I can't sleep there, have tried lounge. Have kitchen range hood on and TV turned up nearly full time. Good neighbours are looking to leave solely + several reports to police in two weeks.
