I'm reporting a repeated misuse of parking spaces on the street. Every workday, a single owner intentionally positions motorcycles to occupy two spots, preventing others from accessing legal parking. Attached photos illustrate this deliberate act. Your attention to ensuring fair use of public parking is appreciated.
