The reporter’s words

I live at 15 Alport Place Woolston, adjoining land owned by the council and Orion. It isn't meant to be public access but over the years I've seen many people going in there. Mostly checking out the creek but sometimes kids mucking about or dodgy looking people going into the neighboring properties. Lately a boy known for breaking into houses and harming animals I have found harassing wildlife and seen going into the horse fields. Can you put a proper anti climb fence up so kids can't get in?
