The reporter’s words

NO DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY As per photo, for some unknown reason, the valve on far side of restrictors has been sealed CLOSED allowing NO water flow to our tanks that are now completely EMPTY. I have broken the seal and opened the valve allowing flow. As we have extra family here for the holiday period it is making washing and sanitation difficult as we are bucketing water from the Wainui Stream. Is there any chance of a tanker refill?
