This bin has had rubbish blown out of it for a couple of days now. I was surprised to see a staff member walking right past the rubbish and basically stepping over it. It tells me that the staff have a "it's not my job"attitude which I think is kind of sad. One time I brought another issue up to a staff member. Her reply was it's not her problem and told me to call citycare. I did nothing because I didn't care either. I was only trying to help. It makes me wonder if your staff trying could be be
