The reporter’s words

Hi, the water is in pools on the berm outside 22 Seddon St, by the fence next to 18. Water is across the pavement into the gutter. It is a steady flow out of the drain hole in the kerb. It has been going for awhile as there's water in the gutter down to 12 Seddon St. There's a Toby box in berm at end of 22's fence. There have been water leak issues here before. I live next door at 1/24 Seddon St.
