Hi there, Happy New Year I am getting ready to build a fence at 13 Stanbury Ave on the street boundary. I have come across this and it says to enquire before I dig. It looks like the old telecom phone line. I was hoping you could point me in the right direction for someone to contact to either have it moved or taken out Cheers Jonny
