Rubbish and Bins - General
Reported Thursday, 4 January 2024 at 12:54 pm, 32 William Dawson Crescent, Wigram, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Dear Christchurch City Council Snap Send Solve Team, I'm David Blanchard, residing at 32 William Dawson Crescent. We've faced noise complaints and neighbors placing crayfish in our bins. Today, while trying to resolve this, they angrily moved the bins, yelling in the presence of our autistic son. This intensifies our concerns. Please advise urgently. Regards, David and Michelle Blanchard 32 William Dawson Crescent, Wigram, 8025 Contact: 0221324817
