Watermill b , 32 Regularly has caravan parked with CORDS across footpath. Steps go out into traffic. On a corner and hard to see . An accident waiting to happen. Been here 3 days this far this time. Please send someone out to discuss with resident owner that this is dangerous especially with the cords across footpath. Lots elderly and children walk this footpath
