Street Gutters / Storm Water
Reported Monday, 8 January 2024 at 3:05 pm, 59 Eastern Terrace, Beckenham, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This drain looks like it has been deliberately plugged, yet there seems to be a reasonable amount of water pressure behind it, as water is squirting out around it.
