The reporter’s words

On site to cctv review drainage - sewer and stormwater. Stormwater pipe videoed from kerb upstream. Found to have a collapsed and misaligned pipe. With roots infiltrating. Water is flowing through the damage point at the moment. Note. The damage is in line with Asphalt patch that appears to have been Enable Cable trenching. Suspect this is the cause. Video footage available. Please advise if you want a copy. Please can you arrange for a repair on this damaged stormwater. Note. The client will want to seek reimbursement for some of the cost of our work associated with the issue. Please confirm reference number and contact for reimbursement. Kind regards Graham Boyd Charlton Hurrell Drainage. 0223592571
