The reporter’s words

This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Feb 03, 2018. Most recent heavy winds have caused a lot of damage to street plantations. Many of these need maintenance and a lot of tidying up so that it looks more appealing as it did before. Most of these plants show signs of years of neglect as evident in the growth of weeds surrounding it. Despite the original report sent on the 3rd Feb 2018, nothing or little has done to a satisfactory level. I’m am also curious as to why other surrounding trees/plantations were attended to and taken care of but these 3 specific ones?? Please inform me whether if these plantations belong to my property? as I intend to remove them if they are. Otherwise I insists that you please take care of these plantations in an effective and timely manner.
