The reporter’s words

I have already made several complaints re the dog issue at the council lakes reserve near here ( cant remember complete name) Roto ,.......... Im outside in lakeside place and there are many cars parked here as the reserve is full. 1. Ist point the parking and access is massively under planned and built. The new road as understood to have been in place is stiil not there. 1. I spoke to a couple leaving the area and they said there are still people with dogs in the water. No good!!!
