The reporter’s words

Residents at 477 hills road are upset about the state of the waterway out side their house. They say citycare property has been and tidied it up in the past and it was supposed to go on regular maintenance lists but nothing been touched since they left. It's a fire risk,full of rubbish and rats and attracted rubbish dumpers. She's been mowing it because she wants to keep area tidy. Please shed like some help
