This is a memorial to Jack Hinton VC, it’s in a rather embarrassing state for someone that has been awarded a VC. I saw this on a post on a RSA Facebook page. Also sounds like the RSA has been contacting the CCC and not had a reply. Looking at the map I notice it’s now a Red Zone Area, maybe the correct thing to do would be to move it to an area that the memorial could be Appreciated
