Sump and probably stormwater pipes blocked outside 39 Bengal Drive. Sump lifted from gutter and dangerous to vehicles and people. Sumps and pipes also blocked up shared drive to 39ABCand D. Request clearance of all sumps and pipes to avoid stormwater running down access and road at these addresses.
